A brutal session. Do not do this unless you are very fit (but feel free to scale it down (5 reps x 5 is also hard)

7 handstand push-ups
7 knees to elbows (hanging from bar bring your knees up to your elbows)
7 reps 110kg deadlift (scale the weight to suit you)
7 burpees (down to your hands and feet, thrust feet out, do press-up then up on feet, jump in air with hands above head)
7 kettlebell swings 35kg (scale weight to suit. Full swing between legs and above head)
7 pull ups

Repeat 7 times!!!!
