Mixed gyms
I have heard recently that Fitness First gym in the City Centre has now been changed from a unisex gym to a segregated gym with men and women not allowed to train at the same time.
Is this true?
Either way what do you think of the issue? Personally I like mixed gyms. I don't think it affects training in any way. In fact I think it is healthy as men only gyms can be a bit oppressive. There are plenty of female only facilities around for women who want to train away from men so for those who don't care what is the issue?

Re: Mixed gyms
It's true, starting August 1, it's going to be segregated. Apparently it's by order of the Doha Municipality
Doesn't really affect me though, I mostly workout in the free weights area, where there's hardly any women anyway.
