Gym idea number 1
a lot of people hit the gym but wander around aimlessly. I will post things here from time to time to give you a target.
Cardio conditioning
Treadmill - 400m run
20- Burpees (google it)
20 - squats (must be performed correctly, with weight through the heels and upper leg parallel to the floor (read www.bootcampqatar.com/fitness-resources for an article on how to do the squat correctly)
Repeat 5 times!
This is hard and will take about 25 minutes.
If you want to scale it reduce the burpees to 15/10 likewise with the squats. You can also reduce to 3 sets.
